TeleHealth Online Video/Phone RETURN Short Acute Consultations 20 mins AUD $55
For new and existing patients with acute conditions who are not able to attend the clinic.
Sessions are done via video call (Zoom/FaceTime) or phone.
Sessions are Pre-paid. You will receive an email about how to do this when you book :)
Herbal formulas can be prescribed for pick up or delivery, food suggestions and Chinese Diet therapy advice and medical certificate can be issued for these sessions.

HERBAL DISPENSING FEE
Herbs dispensed as part of an in clinic consult or Booked Online Video Consultation herbal prescriptions do not incur a dispensing fee and can be picked up but will incur postage charges if mailed out.
All herbs bought over the counter will have a dispensing fee of AUD$28 charged.
Herbs can be picked up during our new clinic opening hours or mailed via Australia Post incurring regular postage charges.

FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS
Short Return Cupping Consultation 30 mins @ AUD$75
30 mins Acupuncture & cupping session for returning patients who have been to our clinic before. Note: If you are used to the hour treatment sessions, this is a shorter session for quick follow up treatments. Not all treatments will fit into a 30 min session and your practitioner will advise you if this isn’t suitable and you need a longer session. We recommend you discuss this with us first.
